Test Drive? Or Buy Blind?

I have asked men and women alike about what are the best qualities your mate must possess. The one thing that always makes an appearance on the list is “great sex” or some type of variation of the sort. If you are holding on to your values or religious beliefs, how do you know the sex will be great if you don’t have sex until after you are married. If the sex is bad, then there is no way to get out of the deal.
So, what happens when you follow the “old school” or “conservative” model? You date someone for several months, years, get engaged and wait until marriage before you have sex. Wow, you are a virgin or celibate, finally have sex with your new spouse and it is NOT good. Is this a call for divorce? Of course not, but how important is it.

Yes, you have had sex with your spouse and it is not meeting your expectations, this could cause a lot of issues in your relationship. How do you tell the one that you love that they are just not getting it in bed. I spoke to a woman who said that it was a year before she had an orgasm with her husband. Wow, that is depressing. You do not want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but you do not want to live a miserable life. How do you break the news? What do you do?
Do you feel tricked or betrayed or let down? I mean, what happens when you get the “short-end of the stick” literally?
So, this leads us back to the initial question, do you “test drive” or do you hold on to your beliefs and “buy blind?”
